I am looking for a addon mod that adds a page for the Mods & Admin to chat without the rest of the forum seeing I do not want to add another section for this.

will i don't see why you need that
you can always install new pages plugins
and make new page with weird name
then give it to the mods/admins
but if you are looking for permissions one like only mods/admins can access it
then you need a plugin for it..

just create an IRC channel or something
