Already i had discussed it,You can find similarities but nothing is copied from it.

Indeed apology is not enough,you better claim your money back from your designer.
It would be beneficial to you as well as your site,before the original owner of starforums make his opinion on this.We already discussed on this and he is a bit infuriated.The faster the better

Well then,how come you have my same idea of using the same colors for tborder including the padding effect,trow colors and the css in within templates that i used for the starforums.net theme.

Well, it is hard to say much really - they are all black themes, all using the pattern from subtle patterns.
Personally, I like the one on G3F the best - on that one the tborders are not heavy and ugly and I feel sure that if there was a sidebar it would fit in the forum layout.
ThemeFreak is a good designer, if I had the money I would get a theme from him.
