No, it's not. Consider a site like worldbeyblade.org, where a large portion of the audience is very young, and it's about a family-friendly subject. Do you think it would be OK for everyone to be swearing there? What if their parents find out?

It all depends on the kind of site you are running.

The words I have censored are some sites like sharecash and some illegal activity discussions.

I don't censor yet, and I may or may not in the future. It depends on how bad the problem becomes.
