I am using mybb 1.6.7 and facing strange problem while updating the templates.
here is the error message I receive when making any change in admin panel

I recently changed all the site link from http to https now I guess it is causing problem ?

and index.php CHMOD is okay 0644

Check your .htaccess file for anything along the lines of

Order Deny, Allow
Deny from all
Allow from #.#.#.#

NO, .htaccess is okay

He never said you were joking, he just said there was no need to shout. And there isn't.

All other pages work? Are you sure it is the template? Can you edit the template at all to make the page appear?

If not, I would say you do have a .htaccess problem.
