i grt 404 page not found error and when i type url without "www"

That's because www. is a subdomain and so is forum. - you can't use both.

but it works on other hosting company i chage hosting and getting this error

The only way to do it is to get your host to edit the vhost file on the server to allow that kind of behaviour, though I really don't see why you would want to and it's not considered normal behaviour.

It sounds like when you ran the installed mybb you entered forum.visionarysoft.com instead of adding the www.

When i visit www.visionarysoft.com it works fine.

To solve this go to your General Configuration settings in your admin cp and change the Board URL from http://forum.visionarysoft.com to http://www.forum.visionarysoft.com with out the forward slash and that should solve it
