I know that Baidu is chinese search engine bot, but I don't know is Baidu bad or good? I DON'T have any Chinese content. Should I block him and why?

No, there's absolutely no problem in Baidu crawling your website. If anything it only helps you.

No problem. actualy its beneficial as it will link chinese users to ur site too.

Baidu is like Google on steroids sometimes. It can rapidly crawl sites, and use up a lot of bandwidth. Unless you're experiencing that issue I see no need to block it.
