What is currently the best chat box plugin available and what are it's flaws?

I personally can't think of any flaws on that one. The developer is very good, so is the plugin.

I like the look of the second one more. Not sure which one is better.

I don't mind paying for a good chatbox. Are there better ones that are paid?

Those two are very good. I highly recommend either of them. I don't think there's any payed ones that are any better. Try each out, see which you prefer

you can easily edit it and it give you allot of commands
/prune
/ban
/notice
/me
/unban
how to install:
1-move all the files to your ftp
2-activate the plugins from ACP>configurations>plugins
3-add this "{$changfcb}" to ACP>templates and style>templates>your theme>header templates>header>edit>after "{$header}"
i know that the installation method is provided by the author but i'm trying to explain it in an easier way
