Hi , I'm admin of www.isodownload.org/forums and the main website. This forum is quite new has not got many more members and it needs a lot of visitors traffic and forum posters. So, I need many sort of staff that they should be expert for many different areas.
For now, I dont really earn any money and I'm not going to be quickly earn dollars from advertisements and so on. This mean Im not gonna pay you any money, if you dont mind. If I will get money from paid subscriptions I will pay to administrators also. I'm working on how to sell our VIP subscriptions.Additionally, I'm working on Google SEO in order to get new members. Please give me any advice when you get staff degree.


Those are what I need, indeed:

- A Marketing Specialist
- A few coders
- Graphic Designer
- A community designer to help my site
- A forum poster
- Administrators (for fully management, organizing), Co-Administrators ( for helping to admins what they want) Super-Moderators ( helps to co-admins and orginize forum categories also members control)



Please develop our website together. Also giving any advice would be appreciated.

Why would you need 'a lot' of staff when you only have 60 members? I suggest you get the site more active before you post a thread like this on the official MyBB forum.

In case you need an advice, please remove those infolinks ads. Its not like I can't block those ads, but still they're annoying.

I got two administrator for now.
I need Co-admins, Super-Moderators and posters also.
