Hi there,

I am sure this is a daft question, but I cannot find an answer...

At this moment in time <description> part the posts in my forum is set to "full length of post" (or something like that), so in the RSS feed for each entry I see the whole first message (which can be lengthy).
I would like to change it so that it shows only the first few lines.
Any idea how I can go about it?

We can't do the change of home page(index.php) description too. How can we change?

This is not the first time I post about RSS and last time the question was left unanswered just the same.
Is it possible that all those who know about it have left?

Anyway, I would have thought there should be a box somewhere to do what I would like to do, i.e. to get a shortened version of the posts in the RSS feed...

Nobody know anything about syndication.php?
