After moving to new domain and new server, I noticed my timezone's are incorrect?
For example, right now at -4 GMT, it should be 5:55pm. But the admin cp and user cp is showing 10:01am

Admincp -> Configuration -> Settings -> Date and Time Formats -> Default Timezone Offset
Also you'll need to change the time in Usercp as only newly registered members / guests will have this default timezone.

The offset is incorrect...
For example, in my location I am in EST (which is -4 GMT). and it states that -4 GMT is currently 12:17am. Which is wrong.
It is currently 8:13 am at -4 GMT.
Maybe it's related to your server time!
