I have too plugins that inserts new style sheets to the themes, but one problem I have seen (since I also use those plugins), is that the content fits very well in the global.css file for example.
In this case I will use my "OUGC Annocuments Bars" plugin, it inserts one style sheet, but the content of this can easily be moved inside the global.css sheet to minify the number of sheets being loaded and delete this extra file.
Inherited files can't be deleted. How are we suppose to insert new sheets?
