ei.lang.php and misc.lang.php and probaly some of other files cause of missing these lines:
/**
 * MyBB 1.2 English Language Pack
 * Copyright آ© 2006 MyBB Group, All Rights Reserved
 * 
 * $Id: plugins.lang.php 1398 2006-04-27 07:42:09Z chris $
 */
are not editable by lang packs....

I have a question. How much translators are able to editing these lines? Have they this right or not? what about adding some lines?

Not sure if that is for languages as well though.
