How can i make it by default be on the top one not the middle one?

What select button do you mean? Can you provide a screenshot of it since your image is broken.

now it is working , i don't see why you want to do that ?
you can simply move your cursor couple of millimeters up and click on your mouse using 0.1 newton
then done

its not for me but its for the other mods, to save the hassle of causing that issue where it says moved...

was as simple as adding the checked bit <label><input type="radio" class="radio" name="method" value="move" checked="checked" />{$lang->method_move}</label><br />
