Hello guys I change domain and host and I make backup my site.
I install mybb again new host and setup , login phpmyadmin and deleted all sql and upload my sql backups.

Now I have doubts.

Theme desfigured? I have custom theme I need upload it also? (Because site only with sql desfigured)

Need Install again all mods?

Please help me

You have to upload files of your custom theme and you'll have to upload your mod files too.

Yes I know, but for e.g I install mybb new host and on new domain:

After install completed I go to phpmyadmin and delete all database and make upload my sql backup.

Now for example I Upload new theme images / xml and change for new appears same desfigured

Mysql database name and user must be the same name as another host?
Table Prefix when install also need same name has backup file?

Please help me.
