First, I hope someone got the joke in the title there.
Second, we did some experiments with the voting in a recent poll over at our website and we were able to vote while logged in, log out and vote again. Someone was also able to open 6 tabs and vote 6 times while being logged out and it counted every vote.
Is there a way to fix the polls so it won't do that? I hate having to require people to log in, we get a lot of non-user traffic and I'd kinda like to keep it that way if possible.
I'm not coder or anything like that so I have no idea how it would come about being made, but since myBB can give me ip addresses of registered users, is there anyway to tie a vote to an ip address and not allow it to vote a second time, logged in or not?
