I know you can get it but, when im on my admin cp it says when i click templates " Templates have been disabled for secuirity reasons" is there any way around this?

Without template access, you can't do it.

On freemybb templates are disabled no exceptions
They do this because some users may find it funny to compromise their servers by changing their forum into a shell

Is there a way to make this forum into another host?

The only way to do it is to purchase web hosting (or make use of a free web host) and ask FreeMyBB for a database backup if they allow such a thing.
