My acp dropdown menus are not working, whenever i click on them nothing drops down

I noticed this when i messed up the header template and i needed to fix it, but oh wait, i cant access the options to revert it

So anyone got any ideas,
ive already replaced the acp files
checked the javascript all of it is fine
Used all popular browsers

i need somw quick support here

Now it wont let me into the acp
Fine when i went to sleep last night, wtfs going on
