@OP, indeed it looks like a fun captcha, but are you sure about it being more effective that the regular and generic captcha?

That page is full of errors. I'd worry about their code being the same. Aside from that , tic tac toe is one of the easiest games in the world. Writting a bot for it would take about 5 minutes.

I wish those types of captcha's would actually work productively as they sure seem a lot more fun than the generic ones we use now.
