I'm already using registration security questions.

I've downloaded spamalyser and I'll be setting it up soon.
It seems as if Spamalyser is taking care of the spam bots actually posting but Registration Security Questions still isn't doing that great of a job preventing registrations. Why is this happening? Any advice?
Any chance you could post what type of questions you're actually using?

  • What is the opposite of fast?
  • What is 10 x 10?
  • What is the opposite of hot?
  • Is fire hot or cold?
  • Complete the following: Unites States of -------

If I notice that, for example, "What is the opposite of fast?" has a 100% success rate, should I delete it and create a new question? That's the only question that really has a high success rate aside from "Complete the following: United States of -------". What are some good questions that I could use?
If it has a really high success rate and you're seeing lots of spammers, delete it for sure. It's best to use answers that can't be easily found by googling. Things like what is 10x10 are fairly easy to complete. I don't actually have a live site just now but maybe other people using the plugin will be kind enough to share examples of questions that work for them.
You could try something relevant to your board? Or go for something like 1 is to a as 3 is to....

Oh alright, so basically something that could be answer fairly easily by thinking, but not easily found by searching Google... I think I understand what you're saying.

Oh, that's a good one, I'll definitely use something like that.
