Plz reply how should I hide member profiles from guests. Is there any plugin so that when a guest click on a member on the "Who's Online list" they are asked to register ??

In your Admin CP under the group settings for Guests, under the "Forums and Posts" tab deselect the "Can view user profiles?" box.
