Hello, i installed Advanced WYSIWYG Editor mod for my forum. I have about 6 themes for my members to choose, and the mod only works on the default theme, anyway for that mod to work on all themes?

I will guess, but maybe you need to go to Admin panel -> Templates & Style -> Theme you want to use advanced editor -> Template Set -> choose Advanced editor.
