Hi I am looking to change thep post editor for different user groups, for example;

Only administrators have the attachment button
Only moderators and administrators can run polls, etc.

How would someone go about doing this?

Sounds like you should just change usergroup permissions.

Go to your ACP, select your main user group and edit their permissions.

E.g "Can post attachments?" "Can post polls?"

All are there.
