Here's what I would like to do, and I'm wondering if it's possible, and if someone could help me. I would be willing to pay you a small amount in USD.
I would like on every hour, for the top poster of the last hour to have their banner (the URL listed in a profile field), displayed on the index. Is this possible to do? There are plugins already that grab the top poster of the hour, and I was hoping someone could tweak it to fit my needs, maybe, or create a whole new plugin.
