Check /inc/
Just Make Sure That Permissions Are Correct Chmod 777
And Try
If It Didnt Work Then Check Your Files
/global.php
& /inc/functions.php
& /member.php
Check If There Anything Changed With Those Files

I fixed this by reuploading global.php and members.php
