I want people to register and have an email sent to the administrator who will then activate the user - what is the proper registration setting for this?
BTW - is there a general help or FAQ document that would allow me to do this myself?
Choose the setting for admin activation. After that you have to activate all users manually after their registration.

Will I get an email notifying of a new registration?
