I got really upset when I saw my forum on iphone, internet explorer and mozilla, and safari. They are all different and iphone/mobile shows the website really messed up. Please tell me how to fix these issues. I will be so grateful.

You could use a plugin (I think it's a plugin) called TapTalk. Or you could use a user agent string (which is serversided) to forward the user to a mobile only sub domain which would serve a mobile only style sheet. Option one is the easiest.
