I've noticed that many user's avatars are broken, including my own.

This is the error I get:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /uploads/avatars/avatar_84.png on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Both the uploads folder, as well as the avatars folder is CHOMODDED to 777.

Check file permissions (not folder permissions). File permissions should be 644. if not, select avatars folder and CHOMOD it (recurse, files only) to be 644.

I CHMODDED all the file permissions to 644. And those are file permissions, not the folder's.
