It's for Roleplay, so no one can find the connection between the alter and the regular identity.

What plugins should I download so I can enable this feature and let the regular users have the ability to change their name?

In the Icyboards MyBB, I think they already install the MyBB plugin to enable this feature, it has a panel/category name "Users & Groups", I was able to give all regular users the ability to change their name through this control.

Where can I find this plugin?

Please check the usergroup permissions, there is an option for it...

Go to ACP > Users & Groups > Permissions > Can change username? > Tick

But there's no Users & Groups on my ACP's panel.
There's just these 5 options:

Home/Configuration/Forums & Posts/Templates & Style/Tools & Maintenance

Thanks, but I know how to switch to ACP. So there's a small invisible block between Forum & Posts and Template & Style, I think my install was damaged somehow and I hope I won't have to reintall MyBB.

It's still functional, I just enabled permission to let Users to change their name.

Is there a way to fix this glitch?

Re-upload the inc/languages folder from a fresh download of MyBB.

I didn't say you didn't know, I was just posting a link that would take you straight to the Users section if there was one.
