Option to use the php web server time aswell as the timezone input option.

I'm not sure I understand exactly.

Default server time, the ability to use it stand alone and not specify the timezones.

I don't see much use to incorporating this feature, correct me OP?

What about setting the timezone to your server's timezone?

Why? if you want to use timezones, then you need to use GMT as the base. MyBB attempts to do this automatically by setting PHP time to UTC. Then all user time settings can be correctly applied.

That's what I'm getting at. The option to use the servers time zone instead of setting one.

I don't think you understood what I said. Doing that is useless when you can already set the timezone to the one your server uses...you just need to know which one your server uses.
