Hi, I'm still running mybb 1.1.7, and I'd like to know how I could disable the ability to quote more than one user at a time, for instance you only quote the post which you specifically reply to, if that posts has other quotes in it, they are left out of the response that you make. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
I thought multi-quote was added in 1.2?
What I mean is that currently if you quote someone's post that already has another quoted post in it, you quote both posts by pressing reply on the last post, I want it so that whichever post you press reply on, you only quote that post, but not any other quotes that may be in it. It's a feature of IPB and IF, I was just wondering if there was a way to enable it in mybb.
You mean you want it to only quote what the user has written, not what he has quoted in his reply...
In other words, you want to disable nested quotes?
