The font in the upper right-hand corner of your logo is really, really hard to read.

You need a better domain...and perhaps a site name that doesn't include a super cool Z.

My suggestions:
1) Get a TLD first, or it could be ignored by many.
2) Design is OK, but the background repeat is messing the whole thing up, in my opinion.

Most people join webmaster forums to advertise. You only have 12 members, so there's essentially no one to advertise to. Simply calling yourself the best won't make people want to join. What do you have to offer?
