How can I disable the 'IP Logged' message on forums for moderators?

What would be helpful:

If I could make it say 'IP Logged', but not link it if it is people from certain groups that posted.

Not say 'IP Logged' if it is people from certain groups that posted.

Make 'IP Logged' just appear for administrators, not moderators.

If I understand what you're trying to say, you could disable the ability for moderators to see users IPs?

That would be one of the ways, how could I do that?

Thought that was a setting, apparently not.
