Included is a Norwegian translation (Bokmål). Note: Group Images and Admin Section has not been translated yet. The translation has not yet been previewed on a live site. You may want to test this translation on your local computer before applying it to an existing board.
I am not planning to translate the Admin Section, but if anyone wants to do this, please notify me when it's done.

The æ,ø,å symbols didn't look right on a clean install. Changing the charset in norwegian.php to ISO-8859-1 fixed the global forum text, but made problems with the same characters inside posts instead. There seems to be some encoding issue with the files.
EDIT:
Converting language files to UTF-8 fixed the problem.
