So the current theme I am using has a default avatar, but it seems that the members who do not have their own avatar. (shows nothing)

What I want is to force the default avatar on them.

How can I do that?

Does it show avatars on other areas like memberlist etc.?

I coudnt find the plugin on the Settings, so I decided to follow this

I found it now, but when I change the the url for the default avatar
which is:

http://postspawn.3ftp.org/images/devilos...avatar.gif

Shows me "Invalid URL"
