I have a forum that requires users to move some of their posts to an 'archive' section. There's no time limit on when the move should be made, it's at the users discretion. I don't want them to be moderators, but I would like to give them the ability to, as I said, move their posts as appropriate.

Is there anyway to do this that doesn't require the writing of a whole new plug in?

Any help is greatly appreciated ahead of time!

Hmm. That's hard . You could simply appoint trusted members as mods to do this task. You could even make every one a mod but remove the delete post and ban button.

I think there is no such thing as core so probably you will need a plugin (which I don't recall it existing already).
