I just wanted to know that is it able to keep boards accessable only if user has specified Reputation.
If possible,please tell.

Specific reputation points per forum basis or restrict them globally??

Example:
I created a new board called Golden Board.
And only users having 10 reputation point(s) are allowed to start new thread/topic.
I need like that.
