1) I use GoDaddy hosting. That means I can't generate a complete backup. Does that mean I transfer all my server files, and then restore the SQL database as well?

2) Does the SQL database contain and all the forum posts and what not?

3) I see that MyBB generates backups every hour as well. If I just restore my entire SQL database, I won't have to touch the MyBB backups, right?

By MyBB backups I mean the ones in the AdminCP, and by my ENTIRE SQL database, I mean the ones I can backup using MySQL with the GoDaddy control panel.
