How can I add the "Give Reputation" button in my forum like this forum has?

This is available by default, unless either;
- You're using older version of MyBB
- Or you've disabled post reputation in: AdminCP > Configuration > Reputation > Allow Post Reputations > set it to Yes.

There is only two options.
1)Enable Reputation Functional
Its set to yes and it allows Reputations in board.
2)Maximum number of comments in reputation page.
Its 15.

And my mybb is hosted in createmybb3.com
I just started yesturday.

They're probably using MyBB 1.4.x.

I downloaded 1.6
But how could I upload.
Some are telling we must upload using FTP.
But i didnt get the FTP pass in my Email.
I just got username and pass.
If thats only needed,which FTP software should I use?

Also when I click on others username I get redirected to their profile as usual but the Profile,.... Such tabs are on other languages.
Looks like the forum is completly messed up.
Please someone help me.
