I am from the Softaculous team. I just checked our package and we are using the package available here :
http://www.mybb.com/downloads

I checked and there is no difference between the two packages. Can I get a list of missing files I will check it.

It may not be a problem with the files but with the database queries you run.
Hi,

Thanks for reporting this issue.
We have fixed this and have uploaded the new package.
Please execute the CRON command to get the latest package :

Sorry for the Inconvenience.
Good Morning Soft. Thank you for your reply.

I just left a message over at your site. I was able to duplicate this multiple times. I'm not sure what is going on. Smile Mybb manually installs fine from their download. I'm puzzled. I've installed hundreds of times through Softaculous and I've never had any problems like this. Your system is generally excellent so I'm not sure what is going on. I installed a mybb forum about two months ago and didn't have this problem. Prior, I've installed mybb over 20 times through Softaculous and never had missing files until now. Last 48 hours, I've installed mybb from soft 4 times and same issue.

Do you know of any company that provides paid support for Mybb?

I'm sure we can offer the same services but for FREESmile, just post a thread and I'm sure you will get some help Smile.
Thanks Soft, Kickerbat and everyone else. Glad this has been resolved. Have a wonderful week!
