After searching alot..

I didn't found any way to add adsense after only First post of a thread.
Like this one:-

I want to do the same, without any Plugin.
I edited Postbit templete.
I pasted adsense code just after {$post['attachments']}

But the problem is, i'm getting ads after every Reply of the thread.
As, you can see digitalforum, it has adsense in only first post of a thread, instead of all replies....

I want to do it manually, without a plugin..!

You can't. The template is looped so one way or another you'll need to use a plugin.

But please try to make a built in code to use adsense in every first post of a thread in your next Mybb versions.
