thanks
the first plugin is not working anymore i just tried
let me try your plugin
Yaldaram your site now wants me to pay in order to download is this real ?
i really don't understand why very core features such as this one are not being included at the official forum software
now we have to pay money to plugin makers in order to use plugins such as yaldaram for such plugins
so what is the purpose of using free forum software ?

What exactly you want to remove? The "Your Website URL:" field at User CP? Just completely remove it from the templates where is is used.
usercp_profile
member_profile
postbit
postbit_classic
I think those are the places where it is. If you are looking for a automatic setting that does this by default, it doesn't exits.

I'd say best thing to use is Template Conditionals if you want to hide certain things for different usergroups.

Please refer to this link which will take you to a page where you can download this plugin.
I strongly suggest reading through the documentation carefully, check out examples from people's posts and try to understand how it works. It's quite easy once you get the hang of it.
Trial and error is what I say.
