I'm a little bit rusty lately with code so I'd like to have a few people check out Form Manager v2.0 before I release it publicly.

New features include:
-Logging responses into a database and displaying them to usergroups with permission on their own page
-Custom "Thank you" message per form
-Added the ability for the plugin to check additional usergroups.
-Password protection of forms
-Ability to set fields to be validated as Email, Zip Codes, Phone Numbers, All Letters, All numbers
-Minimum and Maximum lengths
-ABILITY TO CUSTOMIZE SUBJECT of thread,PM, email INCLUDING ability to use any of the field ANSWERS
-New FORM STATS screen
-Misc bug fixes

Please note that you will have to uninstall and then reinstall if you are currently using Form Manager.
