I know the topic may not make complete since and for that I am sorry, I am looking for a plugin where members of a certain group can make a topic in it and other groups and view and download from them. But the members who can post don't upload but have the option to post the link and admins can approve them or they can be automatic. I think their is already a plugin or download system similar to this and if their is could you please link me to it, Thank you!
