Theme templates are stored in the database, not in an XML file. The XML file is only used for import/export.
And where i can fiind the database into directory...
You access the database via your hosts control panel, in phpMyAdmin. You can't access them in a file manager.

No, that's not the way databases work. You need to use a tool such as phpMyAdmin.
