Apparently I changed my site to moderate every post. I don't really feel that is necessary, but I don't know where to find the setting to turn it off. Please help me!

You'll have to go to each individual forum and change the settings.
ACP > Forums and Posts > Forum Management > Go to the Options menu on the far left > Click "Edit forum" and check the moderate settings there.
I'll double check to see if maybe there is a master control for it, but I'm pretty sure it's an individual forum thing.
