I have a mybb forum and a Wordpress blog on my site. I've noticed the Wordpress blog gets a lot of search engine hits but my forum has had virtually none.. any ideas?
I have google seo and meta tags on..
Traffic and search engine ranks don't just rely on the system on which it's built. Backlinks, traffic, and other factors affect it as well. Not every WP blog is number one on google.
I understand that, I've just noticed that my forum does horrible for seo which I advertise etc.. and my blog which I don't advertise at all gets a couple hits a day from search engines.
