Ok guys, so if you put an announcement on your header saying
Welcome Back! <user> and Welcome to the community! <new user>
Where <user> is the current logged in user
and
where <new user> is the newest registered user.

How can I point <user> and <new user>?

Example:

Welcome back Apo!
Welcome to the community nomadcraftmcQ!

{$lang->stats_newestuser} for the newest member
{$mybb->user['username']} for the user username
