The ACP Plugins page is balnk it doesnot show any plugins and there are several in board settings. So a screen shot will not be useful, as it is empty/blank/nothing there.

You can manually clean up your board settings But make sure nothing is using them first you wornt get them back

I had the same issue - as soon as I deactivated a certain plugin ('Remember Us'), the whole list went blank.
The only workaround I have found so far is to reinstall and reactivate that plugin - this allows the list to be repopulated, but does not solve the underlying problem of a plugin that wont allow itself to be deactivated
