on my friend forum he can't see anyone in Who's Online only he see him self but people are talking on shoutbox and they get the same that they are only online any thoughts guys ? did this problem happen before for anyone else ? any thoughts how to fix it ?
Yeah I am too experiencing the same problem.
I have not heard of this problem ... would be useful to know the solution
the who's online drops a user after 15 minutes (default) so if they are just sitting there on the shoutbox and not refreshing or visiting any other pages on the site, the WOL list does not get updated with them.
but he can't see anyone and they don't just sit around most of them post
this problem happened after my friend changed his host and imported his db in the new host
staff close this problem solved
