Text editor issues!

I dont know why its doing it but the white bit behind the text box needs to stretch across how can i do this?

I dont want the text box changed i want the actual editor to stretch across thats why the buttons are squashed together.

I fixed it turns out it was effone's fade forum tutorial that messed up the editor see here : http://community.mybb.com/thread-125830.html
The editor is now fixed hurry i recommend not installing that fade-in feature.
